I am building an affiliate system for a customer and I advised them to purchase this plugin because it looked like a great option. The issue that I'm having is that the agent dashboard is completely blank even though I have set the correct page in settings. I have tried troubleshooting in every way that I know how and for some reason, I can't get this plugin to work at all.
The website is a custom website built with Oxygen Builder. I am not the original web developer. However, I can assist in any development changes that need to happen

I'd like to assist you in getting this fixed. Is it possible to share a backend link to the site (or a staging clone site) with us, so I can look into it?
Have you tried disabling all other plugins/themes to rule out a conflict? Perhaps the issue has to do with a conflict with Oxygen. SalesKing does some manipulation of the templates loaded - and as far as I know, Oxygen has some effects on that, so perhaps that has something to do with it.
Anyway, if you can share a login, I'd be happy to check everything and try to find a solution for this.
After running some tests it seems that indeed Oxygen is the issue.
I have found a solution by disabling Oxygen on the specific URL of the SalesKing dashboard page. To do this I installed a free plugin that deactivates plugins on specific pages - I configured it at this URL:
