In the past we've seen this kind of issue being a conflict with the theme.
I see that in your site rawlimits.se on the home page, the "Mitt Konto" button opens up a small popup box where you can login. My guess is that you're trying to login here, and this is creating the issue, because this popup is not default WooCommerce - it is coded by the theme developers - but does not follow the same login rules as WooCommerce.
I mean this one:
I would also guess that if you try to login as an unapproved user here in this page: https://rawlimits.se/mitt-konto/ you will not be allowed to login (since this page is a default WooCommerce page it should work correctly)
Can you confirm if that's correct please? If so, I can lay out the options going forward.
We're now slowly starting to allow customers into the store but today something weird happened. One user we have NOT YET approved called me and told me that he got account confirmation e-mail yesterday and that he saw the prices for the wrong items.
This means two things:
- Unapproved user gets confirmation mail and is able to log in.
- Same user seems to be overriding dynamic rules as all unapproved users are put in B2C-group. The dynamic rules for B2C-users in hidden prices for every item in the store.
I also tried to login from the homepage via the small popup, but it also did not work.
So I am not quite sure what could have happened there with your customer. Did the customer get the "Account approved" email? that's only sent when the approve button is clicked. Is it possible someone accidentally approved that user?
Hello,
I can log into my site as a unapproved user. In my settings i've set it up so this shouldn't be possible.

This is correct!
Now, for some reason i am not able to log in using unapproved users again.. It's just like the bug is coming and going..
Anyways i will try what you said. Thanks again Stefan!
Did you update to the version I attached in the previous message?
And are you no longer able to log in with unapproved users? (if so, does that mean the update worked?)
Sorry, I got a bit confused there.
I did not update to that version. That is the weird part.
Now (all of sudden) i am no longer able to log in as unappoved user.

Any idea how this could have happened?
Hi Alex,
It's normal for users to get an account information email, but that email should say that the user's account is pending approval:
I tried registering an account on your site via https://rawlimits.se/bli-aterforsaljare/
This seems to have worked correctly:
I got this message:
I tried to login, but I cannot:
I also tried to login from the homepage via the small popup, but it also did not work.
