When I export pricing table (B2mKing > Tools) and make price change (no matter witch product) and try import again this CSV, there is an error: Sorry, something went wrong! Exception: 8: Undefined offset: 1
I tested in your site with the credentials you provided in a previous ticket. This worked correctly in my tests and I was able to import a test price change.
From the error you got it seems that the CSV file you save was not exported in a format that our plugin can use. Sometimes this happens based on the export settings, or the CSV editor you use. Our plugin generally needs it to be saved in a "comma-separated" format, rather than semicolon-separated. Please make sure to save it as "comma-separated" when you export the CSV.
You can edit and save it with the free LibreOffice suite and it should work.
