My understanding is that you are using both B2BKing, and SalesKing for agents.
Currently the messaging system does not allow the agent to message directly with the customer (currently only admin-customer, and admin-agent is supported). We are looking to upgrade this in future plugin updates, but it is not available right now I'm afraid.
We will look at options to also allows a subagent to share the conversation content.

Do you mean if it's possible to have multiple admin-agent and admin-customer conversations? If so, yes, there can be unlimited numbers of conversations created.
I was simply saying that currently conversations can be only between admin and customer, or between admin and agent. We currently do not have conversations between agent and customer in the plugin.

I assign customer A to Agent A, and agent A has a subagent agent B.
My question is:
1. Is it possible to let the message and quote from customer A go directly to Agent A? Now it seems like it always go to the admin.
2. Can agent B share the same conversation content between agent A and customer A?

The sub-accounts under admin-agent (or admin-customer) don't need to have the right to chat is fine.
