I've just purchased th B2BKing plugin, but I'm wondering about the conversations/offers user info.
I see in your docs url (https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/offers-2/) that a conversation generated from a "custom quote request" should have the list of request items, a message, the company name, a phone number, and also, regarding the user that submitted the request, it should appear his name and email address.
Nonetheless, on my tests, I don't see the company name and phone number, and also, it shows the user's username, but not his name and email. The test user has all the required info entered on his profile.
It would be very difficult for us, on a daily basis workflow, to identify each client only by his username.
What can we do about this? What could be the error here?
In our article there, "company name" and "phone number" are custom quote fields. You can use this guide here https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/add-custom-fields-to-quote-requests/ to add such fields and request this kind of information from the user when they are submitting the quote. You can add any custom quote field such as company name, phone, email, etc.
Would this be helpful to you?
The way the plugin works is that it shows the user's name and email address only if they are logged out - if they're logged in it shows the username instead. Perhaps it would make sense to make the username clickable, so that you can see the user's profile in 1 click.
Thank you very much for you explanation and for the provided link. That will help me with those custom fields for now.
But, if I may provide some advice, I do believe that only showing the username is not enough. Making it clickable to see the user's profile it would be a step in the right direction, but I do believe that the "name" and "company" fields should be visible by default, at least for the B2B clients.
You see, it's understandable that, when creating a quote, a client could get offered a better discount than another one, based for example on his company, as that company could have a better deal, or maybe they simply buy a lot. So, for the Admin making the quote, it would be extremely helpful to have that info on the "custom request quote" message.
Of course, for now, I will add the custom fields, but, knowing that the user's profile already has those fields, and knowing that most likely a B2B client has already filled those fields on registration, it would be easier on them if they don't have to fill that info every time.
Thank you for the feedback - and that definitely makes sense.
We will look at improving this - I think we should add a "Customer info" panel where all the customer's info is displayed for the admin to see for each quote for easy reference.
I've noted this in our improvements list, to work on in future updates - hope you can see this soon.

Hi Stefan,
Thank you again for your help. The "customer info" panel sounds great, it would be nice to have that, I hope to see it in the near future.
Take care and have a good weekend too.
