You can do this by creating "Required Multiple" rules. To do this, you can go to B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules and create a required multiple rule for 5, for the specific product / products that you're looking to set this up for.
For example, if you want to set it for all products:
I have looked into it - it appears the problem is that theme has an unusual way of setting the quantity field. The theme makes it a "text" input, not a "number" input.
If you switch to the Storefront theme for example you will see it works correctly.
I do not have a solution, as our plugin needs a number field there. I would recommend you either use a different theme, or you contact the theme developers of Ayo theme to ask if they have a setting to use a regular number input there instead of text.
