Hi friends, i have both of your excelent plugins, b2b king and sales king, i have the next questions,
1. i have collected in the registera a whatsapp number, but id like to put a buton in the users form from admin console where my team could contact to the user, is there a way?.
2. how can i export all the data of registered users to an .xls or .csv in order proccess the data with a crm?.
3. how can i add a customer number in order to link that customer number with my ERP?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - currently seeing a high volume of tickets.
1) I am not quite sure how this would work: I think you would need a plugin or some custom code that adds the button in the user profile backend, right? Do you already have a plugin or something like this in mind?
I can help you add a javascript script that takes the phone number and passes it to the button, but I'm not sure how that entire functionality works - does it call the user? or how would that work?
2) I think currently the best way would probably be via some dedicated Export plugin. The solution I usually see used is WP ALL EXPORT. They have a free version as well on wordpress.org - worth giving that a try.
3) What ERP are you using? Have you looked at dedicated WooCommerce integrations with the ERP on the market? For example if you use SAGE erp, there are dedicated integrations like woosage.com
Do you mean a customer number as in a USER ID, or as in a PHONE NUMBER?
Thanks for you anwer, the complementary question below

I HAVE the WP all export, however, the problems are the meta, i dont, know who is who jejeje.
REGARDS to ERP i have Aspel Sae, a ERP very popular here in México but dont have an API.
when i refer a number is to put a number related to user, for example
1. We cannot do the whatsapp button for you directly, but if you already have the button, I can help with a script that connects the B2BKing whatsapp number collected to the button. I would need a backend login to the site or staging clone site to be able to do the integration with your button.
2. Sorry, this is not something I have experience with - not sure how you can do it. I think maybe ask the WP ALL Import team - I think they do this kind of work frequently so maybe they can help.
