I installed the DHL Express Commerce plugin that calculates the shipping prices on checkout. My store is set to sell and ship globally and it is set up as a b2b only store. All my other shipping methods appear normally on group settings of b2bking but DHL Express Commerce does not appear so it is not showing during checkout. How can I enable the DHL Express Commerce shipping method?
Do you need to enable / disable shipping methods by group? In other words, do you need some groups/users to have different shipping methods than other groups/users?

If not, you can simply completely disable this B2BKing functionality of shipping control. To do this:
Go to B2BKing->Settings->Other-> scroll down to Advanced:Endpoints&Components->Components and activate "Disable shipping methods control"
