Hi, I own several websites and I'm interested in buying multiple licenses of both the KingSales and KingB2B for each of them. I really like the look and overall function of your plugins, however I'm holding back because of two major concerns.
1.) From reading comments there is no support for subscriptions or reoccurring commission to be earned from sales agents. This seems like a HUGE missed opportunity as nearly every business now uses subscription models. I can't stress that enough. And I saw dozens of people asking about the same issue with your plugin. Why not take a few days to implement a compatible fix to work with WooCommerce Subscriptions? At the very least have a basic feature that allows the admin to manually add additional earnings ( like the subscription revenue which can't currently be captured, etc ) to the sales agent without always having an actual order placed. I see this can be done under the payouts area ( for example Christmas Bonus ) but it wont' show up as earnings or on the earnings chart. Which is very important to show agents their full earnings. In the meantime, is there a workaround? For example, in the case of a reoccurring monthly subscription maybe the admin right now adds a new order for the customer each month ( which can just be titled invoice or shown as the reoccurring charge ) and assign the order commission to a sales agent? Even though this is very time consuming for the admin, is it possible right now for the admin to accomplish this as a temporary work around? Or another way?
2.) Is there internal messaging between sales agent, sub agents, and customers? That should be a very important option to have and avoid the agents only talking outside of the website to customers.
I highly recommend you look into an immediate solution for subscription commission. You are missing out on hundreds or thousands of sales because of missing that feature!
1) For the order to show up in the agent's panel as earnings, I think currently the only way would be for the admin to login as the agent (with a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/login-as-user/ ) and "shop as customer" -> then place the order.
2) This is definitely on our improvements list to add to the plugin, although not currently available.
I appreciate your feedback about the importance of the features you mentioned. Of course, we'd like to add new features and improvements, as these would also bring in new customers - but we have to prioritize and it depends on what kind of demand we see. Currently we're working on a large new marketplace plugin, but after that is released early next year I expect we'll be able to put more time into improvements and new features for existing plugins.
