    Hello, 

    I had a question about the registration for new businesses to the account portal.  When they are approved, it just sends an email saying you are approved.  There is no login information provided in the approval email.  Is there a way to add that or should the vendors have a individual account already before they apply for a B2B account?

    I have also ran into another issue.  When I am logged in as a B2B customer on a product page, I have this random price displayed that doesn't relate to the price of the product.  I am not sure if it is a theme conflict.  I am using Hello Elementor as a theme and it only appears on the B2B page above the pricing table.

    1) Regarding the approval email:

    We could show the username there in that email, but unfortunately we cannot show the password there. 

    This is a technical limitation: the password is encrypted in the database so we physically have no way to get it. The only way to show it there would be to reset it first, but this would be confusing for the user, who first registered with a different password.

    2) The pricing issue there is quite strange. Possibly it is a theme or plugin conflict.

    Would you be able to share a backend login to your site, or staging clone site, so we can look into it? We'd like to troubleshoot and get this fixed for you.

    Thank you for the reply Stefan. I am working on a staging site for my site now and can grant access however, I have never done that before.  Would you have to create an account on my site first?

    I tried to login, but the password does not seem to be working for me. I tried several times, so I think maybe there is a typo there.

    Thank you, that worked.

    I checked and it seems the issue is that at the bottom of the page, there are additional items with tiered tables. It is not an issue to have related items, but there can be only 1 tiered table in the page. That "$27" value is the current active price which the plugin is trying to calculate - but it's conflicting with the other tiered tables. So there can be either 1 table, or we need to remove the "active price" function.

    Is this something you deliberately added ? (to have each product show the table that way?) Or can we remove the rest of the tables? 

    I'm looking at possible solutions and it would help to understand how you're trying to set things up.

    Thank you for your response.

    No this wasn't intentional, this was a function of the plugin.  Those tables are attached to each product.  That extra portion on the bottom is the additional up-sale items but it seems as if the table is attached to the product.  I didn't try to display those tables it just seems that the tables appear anywhere the product is displayed.

    Thank you for clarifying. That's not what we intended there, as those tables should only show for the main product. This appeared to be a theme conflict. I've now made an update to the plugin in your site, and the issues appear resolved now in my tests.
