1. What is the cookie duration/life for the affiliate links?
2. We do in house marketing to our internal list as well as outbound marketing with sales reps. What happens if a customer makes a purchase from a marketing link but also has the salesking affiliate cookie? For example, what if a sales person is directly selling for product A. Prospect clicks on salesking affiliate link in sales person's email but doesn't purchase product. A week later, we send out a marketing campaign and prospect returns and purchases either product A or a different product. Will sales rep receive commission even though they weren't directly responsible for sale?
3. Do the salesking commissions show up on the woocommerce reports and analytics?
4. Does salesking work for woocommerce subscriptions and if so is the commission paid out on the initial purchase or initial and all recurring?
5. Is there a way to revoke, reverse or split a commission?
1) Affiliate links' cookies are set to expire in 24 hours.
2) In your example, they would not get commission because the cookie had already expired. However, if your marketing campaign happened within 24 hrs from clicking that link, then, yes, the agent would get the sale.
Please note that for existing customers, you can choose to assign them to specific agents - in that case, those assigned agents would get the sale, regardless of affiliate cookies. So if you have an existing customer base you can assign them to an "admin" agent and that way all commissions would go to admin.
3) There's no integration in that sense.
4) There's no integration with the WooCommerce subscriptions plugin. It's probable it will work for the initial purchase but not recurring ones.
5) All commissions can be edited in the order page. You can modify values for existing commissions -> set them to 0, decrease, or increase.
