Product visibility problem

The settings for display products for an account work well, but as soon as I create a sub account, the products in question are not visible for this sub account.
Subaccount does not inherit the rights from the "master" user
and also when manually setting that subuser can see the products it does not work.
the sub-user also sees all products and categories even if they are disabled for the relevant "master"user and subuser

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

Please make sure that you account (the main, master account) is part of a B2B group (in the user's profile). Possibly the reason for the issue is that your account is set as "b2c", and since subaccounts is considered a b2b only feature, this is creating issues with the plugin's internal logic.

A sub-user should have identical visibility to the parent. Adding the subuser manually will not help. But adding the main (master) user manually should also make it visible for the subuser.

If the user is already part of a b2b group and that is not the issue, would it be possible for you to share a backend login to your site or staging site? We'd like to look into why this isn't behaving as expected for you.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

I guess it's also a theme issue! In the shop the product is not visible but on the frontpage where a product category is set to be displayed, filter is not performed

We can take a look at the issue in the live site as well - we'll be careful not to make any changes, only look at the configuration.

You can try to go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other and enable "Product Visibility Cache". Depending on the theme and its mechanism, this can help set the visibility as it works at a deeper level.

    "Which account name and password"

I'd need a backend login with administrator credentials to be able to check the code, database, errors, etc. It can be in the live site, or a staging clone site (e.g. some hosting companies give you the option to create a secure staging site).

"We create a product (https://www.metbloemen.nl/product/boeket-neutralisatie/) currently not in stock not everyone may see this product. We connect the product to B2B group "zakelijk gemeente" the main user sees the product but the subuser not "

Understood, sounds like there is some kind of error there. I'd be happy to check.

"Is it possible to get an extra option in the settings in B2B so that the number of items in a productgroup can be hide. Now the count is wrong if any items are hidden from a user."

Do you mean the number in the category count? it would help if you can share a screenshot of this.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

Okay, thank you, we are waiting for the login to the staging environment, and then our team will look into it.

    Have a good weekend,
