as part of our business registration we have created a field for customers to upload their tax forms.  When we go to the customers, you can see the download file button but when we click it.  the screen goes to a page with just a 0 on it. and nothing downloads. I have attached screenshots.

    Hi there,

This error usually signifies that the file did not upload correctly for some reason. In my experience, it is usually because of a plugin or theme conflict in the site.

I would recommend that you try to disable all other plugins in the site / switch to the Storefront theme to see if that resolves it or can help you identify where the issue is.

I can also look directly into the issue in your site to resolve it, if you can provide us with a backend login to your site, or a staging site.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan

    Thank you for the login,

After looking into it, I see that there's a conflict with the custom jonesperformance theme in your site.

If I switch the theme to the original Storefront, the issue is resolved.

Are you the developer of the theme? The issue can likely be resolved by restoring the my-account template to the woocommerce original template - there could be a slight visual change but otherwise the site would be unaffected. Should I go ahead and do that?

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

Yes please, go ahead and replace the file if that will work... where does b2bking put the uploaded files? Do they go to a folder somewhere?

Oh, sorry, I thought you meant about the files I modified.

The uploaded files are stored in the WordPress Media folders (in /wp-content/uploads/)

In the backend, they can be viewed in Media -> Library
