Is it possible to show the progress bar about requirement needed to be "upgraded" to the next Tier (agent group with higher earning rate) and shows the current earning percentage and the earning agent will be getting after upgrade
I'm afraid there's no feature for this in our plugin,
It would only be possible through customization / custom coding.
If you'd like, we can point you in the right direction as to how this might be achieved - however please note that we can't do customizations directly as part of customer support.
