If the order is made via "Shop as customer", this will give agents a commission. However, if the order is made from the backend, assigning an agent only means you are assigning who can manage the order.
The agent assigned in the order backend is not connected to earnings. For example, if some agent goes on vacation and you change the assigned agent in the backend, this only changes who manages the order, it does not change who the commission belongs to.
The following situations will trigger a commission:
-> If the customer purchases, and the customer is already assigned to the agent in the customer’s user profile.
For example the customer can register via the agent’s affiliate registration link and will be linked to that agent.
-> If the customer uses an agent affiliate shopping link (Which sets a tracking cookie)
-> If the customer uses one of the agent’s coupons
-> If the customer uses one of the agent’s cart sharing links.
-> If the agent directly places the order for the customer (via the shop as customer button).

I had installed the plugin
I added an agent through user setup.
I had set a commission rules with 45% percentage commission for all everything
my agent account i tested with had a new customer.
made an order for the customer through shopping for customer.
the order is made and assigned completed from the backend
now the order in my agent account menue
but not at earnings any thing
