I already bought this plugin. When I tried to set parent agent to earn commission from subagent. However, it was nothing happened. Is that function working?

For parent agents to earn commissions from subagents, you need to have a commission rule with a subagent option, such as "all earnings of subagent":
Also, please note that earnings only apply for completed orders - if the order is processing, then the commission would be "pending".
