We are trying to make the plugin work properly but we have a problem with the dashboard. Most of our customers shop as guests, meaning that they do not have a created account in our system.
Once the order is created as a guest we manually assign the order to one of our sales agents. The assigned orders do not generate commissions and the dashboard appears blank. Yet, when we look at the "My Orders" tab in Sales King, the order appears correctly. The commissions rule is set to 1 % for all agents, all orders, all customers and all products.
Also I would like to know if there is a way to automatically assign the agent when the order is created by the Woocommerce user of agent. ALso have in mind for the furute the possibility of creating a commision rule based on sales ammount, EX when agent sells 3.000USD give him 200 USD.

The way the plugin works is that assigning the agent does not also mean they get commission. It only means that this agent is in charge of the order / can modify the order.
For example, if an agent goes on vacation and you change the assigned agent for an order, the person who gets the commission does not change. This is why assigned agent / agent who gets commission are different.
In the latest version of the plugin, you can assign the commission from the order backend:
