Hi I am having an issue with updating wholesale orders. The problem is that when a B2B customer makes an order, in my woocommerce orders tab the prices are wholesale which is normal. When I want to update the order by adding products the prices shown are the retail ones. I can work around this by manually changing the product price but the order sheet looks funky with changed prices. This confuses customers. I would like to know how can I add new productsto B2B orders and the product price shown will be the wholesale one.
I'm afraid we don't currently have a solution for this. The issue is that generally we're not able to get the wholesale price in the backend - e.g. it's the same issue when creating orders in the backend. Currently our system depends significantly on the Cart in the frontend to be able to set prices correctly per user, and it's difficult to make this work without the cart. Some major changes would be needed to our plugin.
We've received a lot of requests for this - it's a top priority for us to solve in future updates. I hope we can have a better solution soon,
