To create a manual order for a customer, it would be best to login as that customer and place the order that way. This ensures all B2B pricing and discounts will be correct, as our plugin uses the front-end cart system to set pricing.
To login as any customer, you can use the following plugin that we have tested with B2BKing:
It will add a "Login as " button for each user as seen below:
Alternatively, if it fits your business model, you can also take a look at our SalesKing plugin ( https://1.envato.market/SalesKing ). This plugin is for sales reps / agents, and each sales agent can shop as a customer. The agent can place an order for that customer, and the customer only has to pay -> they get an email with the order and payment link.
