1) The commission can be based on the order value if you use a "percentage" commission rule type.
If the agent makes a discount, or uses a coupon, the order value is reduced, and the commission is also reduced.
There's no other mechanism for this,
2) You may have a subagent (associated with a parent agent X), and you may want to remove this association. In that case, you can remove the connection to the parent agent and make the user a regular agent (not a subagent anymore).
Subagents are agents created in the agent dashboard -> my team.
3 and 4) At the moment, the only way is to go to SalesKing Settings -> Agent Capabilities and completely deactivate the ability to access the order backend. You would disable the 'Allow agents to manage their assigned orders' setting.
We are working on a new system to give agents access to orders without backend access - but this is a work in progress, not available yet.
Is it possible to reduce the comission when agent made a discount or used a coupon?
What is the option of change subagent to agent function for?
When Agent access the order, they can set the order as payed. Is it possible that it becomes an admin only permission?
When Agent access the order, they can make a refund. Is it possible that it becomes an admin only permission?
