The difference between them is: Total order value means the order total (e.g. $1000). Total earnings means the agent's commission (for example 20% x order total = 20%*1000 = $200).
These are calculated as follows:
a) Total orders value = sum of only the agent's orders (not including subagents).
b)
Total earnings reached = Agent Earnings + Agent earnings from subagents
If you go to the agent dashboard -> earnings, there are 2 tables: 'your direct earnings' and 'earnings from your subagents'. This is the total sum of both tables.
For group change rules, it gives two options, and its now clear for me how it is calculated
a) Total orders value: sum of all orders, the agent and subagents?
b) Total earnings reached. sum of all orders, the agent only?
