I own a https://www.mysite.com with WordPress and https://sub.mysite.com which is an specific product landing page with information, however "buy now" redireccts to https://www.mysite.com. In oder words, order and payment is made on main site.
Sales king plugin is installed on www.mysite.com. Agents create an affiliate custom link to https://sub.mysite.com but Sales King is not considering that as a refferenced sale.
I assume its a cookies problem. Can you help please?
It's possible the issue could be the cookie is not shared from subdomain to domain, but there could be other causes as well.
To test for the cookie issue you can check the following. If you have an extension in your browser for cookies, can you see 'salesking_affiliate_cookie' on the subdomain, but not on the domain?
We can check everything directly if you'd like - for that, we'd need a backend login to the site or staging clone site, so we can test.
