if a customer first signs up as an individual customer but then we want to switch them to a b2b customer? I am not seeing where we can do that? do we have to have the option of individual customer? cant they all be b2b?
You can delete the 'Individual Customer' option if you'd like. To do that, you can go to B2BKing -> Registration Role and simply delete it.
The options there are editable, you can change their names to anything you want, delete them, or add more options.
To switch a user to become a B2B customer, you can go to their user profile and scroll down to 'B2B User Settings (B2BKing). Here you can select a B2B user group, and then save the user. The user will then become a b2b user.
-> Try with a new browser and see if it saves. Sometimes in WordPress there can be a kind of issue where the cookies/session gets incorrectly cached and there can be issues with saving settings - it may help to clear caches/cookies.
-> Try deactivating all other plugins in the site except B2BKing and Woo. It could be a conflict of some sort.

it doesnt seem to save for some reason..
I'd suggest to:
