It seems there is an issue with the Tax exemption rule for B2B users, It seems that that if you set pay tax in cart: NO, it doesnt validate the vat number and set Tax = 0, even if the registered user didnt have a valid VAT number.
I want the rule to apply only to those users with a valid Vat number.
The reason that can happen for a registered user, is because after the initial validation, the 'validated' status is SAVED (so the user does not need to enter the VAT each time).
Looking into it, I did find an issue where the VAT number was not being saved into the user's account - that should now be resolved and VAT should now correctly be saved into the user's account when they first validate it.
