I have a woocommerce product in 2 categories and I have 2 discount rules based on every single category. For example: customer1 has 20% discount for category1 and has 15% discount for category2.
The system give the most convenient discount. Is there a way to get the discount based in "primary category". If I set category2 for "primary", can customer has 15% discount for the product assigned in both categories? thank you
The discount system is set so that the customer will always get the highest discount available (20% in this case). Unfortunately this is built-in to how rules work, and I don't really have a way to change it.
The only solution would be to modify your configuration: change categories, change rules, or perhaps change the user's group so that there's only the 15% discount applying to the specific user / category / group.
