Messing up the shop

I just bought this plugin after struggling with the overkill of wholesale suite. Soon as I activated and started going thru the settings, my phone rings. Customers can't place orders. This messed up the cart in my page!

All I want to do is have a registration and login. The wholesale needs a separate page in my site. I don't understand why this was tied in with the retail shop.

Once wholesale customers are approved and logged in, they are shown items with tiered discounts. This was too difficult with wholesale suite. So, if they buy 12 they get one discount, if they buy 24 they get another. If I wanted all this to show in my main shop I would have gotten a simpler dynamic price plugin.

How do I activate and get it off my main shop?

As you can see in the screenshot, when this plugin is activated, there is no way to add product to cart, and I don't want that text below. Also, I use the plugin side cart, which really boosts sales, so if this isn't compatible with that, I need to request refund. Thank you.

72 hours to reply is too long. For the price of this plugin, you need to hire help. 72 hours unacceptable.

    Hi there,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

    1)

The setting that's responsible for the 'Login to view prices' text is the following:

In B2BKing -> Settings -> Access Restriction -> Guest Access Restriction. You should set this to NONE.

    2)

To offer tiered discounts, you could use the 'tiered pricing' feature: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/b2bking-tiered-pricing-setup-auto-generated-tiered-pricing-table/

However, this requires setting it up for each product individually.

To offer tiered discounts for all products in bulk, you would need to go to B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules and create 'Discount' rules with conditions

If you find the plugin is not useful to you or does not meet your project needs, we can also offer a refund, let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

For the initial setup, we would recommend that you follow our guide here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/set-up-woocommerce-wholesale-store-step-by-step-guide/

Thank you for the fast reply, Stephan. I changed the setting and read the document. Right now I have 1 main product that has a variant size. For wholesale only, I want to have the small size tiered and the large size tiered, so I create a new products for those two sizes, and those are hidden from the customer site, but visible on the b2b site? Thank you.

Before I get too far along will you tell me if the registration and separate store is similar to wholesale suite. What I liked about that was the customer could register, then once approved they came to a private shop page. All the pages were created with the plugin. I don't see any of these pages with B2Bking.

What I didn't like about wholesale suite was 4 plugins (used to be 3) and the user roles aren't helpful in my case. I need tiers so that the buyer can choose what level. Hope this makes sense. So to clarify, I need a registration and login on a page, along with this hidden store, and shipping options, which I assume are in the shipping table plugin.

Is this the right plugin for this? I am missing where these pages are located. Thank you.

I don't have much experience with wholesale suite, so I'm not sure what pages it creates, but I'll go by your description of it:

    1) You can have a separate B2B registration page if you would like that. You would manually create a page and add one of B2BKing's registration shortcodes there. We have a short guide here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-completely-separate-b2b-and-b2c-registration-in-woocommerce-with-b2bking/

    2) For a private shop page:

    - you could use B2BKing's visibility feature so that there are specific products which are only available (visible to) approved B2B users.

    - you could also create a specific page and use the content restriction features to make sure only B2B users can see specific content: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/shortcode-to-restrict-content-to-b2b-b2c-user-groups-specific-users/

I'm not sure what shipping options you're looking for,

    3) To make a specific product hidden from retail users, but visible to B2B users, you can use the visibility features. Please follow our guide here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/faq-product-visibility-is-not-working-how-to-set-up-product-visibility/

Thank you for your reply. I would like to get a refund. For some reason, it's been incredibly time consuming and confusing. I've spent so much time on this and after having build a Divi site and set up numerous plugins, I'm struggling with this. When I followed the steps, I started getting notifications from every customer that created an account. Also, I lost all my existing wholesale customers from years past. They are now probably buried in with the regular uses. It's a real mess. I have zero "wholesale customers" now. I deactivated and removed the plugin. I've hired it done with code since all I need is a very basic page with minimal product. Thank you for offering the refund.
