Sorry but it's not possible for the agent o get commissions when placing orders under their own name. 

The agent can get commissions when one of these is happening:

-> If the agent directly places the order for the customer (via the shop as customer button).

-> If the customer purchases, and the customer is already assigned to the agent in the customer’s user profile.

-> If the customer uses an agent's affiliate shopping link

-> If the customer uses one of the agent’s coupons

-> If the customer uses one of the agent’s cart sharing links.
