    Hello, I recently acquired the plugin but I have several doubts as I am modifying it.

    For example, if I make a client happy in a conversation, how does my client know that I have replied? Is there any kind of notice by email or on my account page where the client sees that he has unread messages?

    For example a bell, or an email.

    I have seen that an email is sent to the user but there is no link so that the client can go to the web page and answer, is this possible? Or allow answering in the email but the message is saved on the web.

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin,


    Yes, whenever a message is sent through conversations, the 'New Message' email is sent. 


    At the moment it's not possible to have a link to the conversation, because this is a very generic email, it can be sent to the admin, to the customer, to a subaccount, to a vendor (when a marketplace plugin is used), etc. It depends on who sends the message and who receives it.


    We would certainly like to add that in future versions but it requires some changes to the plugin. We will look at this for future updates, thank you for the feedback.
