    Hello,

    Is there a way that we can receive an email once there is any client message or registration request so we will be timely notified?

    Hi Johan,

    Yes, there are default email notifications for that:

    If you go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails, you will find the following emails that can be enabled / disabled:

    -> New customer requires approval : This email is sent to the site admin when a new client registers and needs to be approved.

    -> New customer : This email is sent to the site admin when ANY new client registers (whether they need to be approved or not)

    -> New message / conversation : This email is sent to the site admin when a customer sends a message, and to the customer, when the admin sends a message.


    Please make sure that these emails are enabled per your needs.

    If the emails are already enabled but you are not receiving them, it is likely they are being stopped by spam or email filters. To fix that, you can install and configure a SMTP plugin.
