Please note that these sections (Conversations, Offers, etc.) are considered B2B-only features, so these will show in My Account only for B2B users.
So for a user to see these options, they must be part of a B2B group. You would need to go to your user's profile page and place them in a B2B group:
Or if everyone on your site is a B2B user, you can do this in 1 click for everyone, by going to B2BKing > Tools > Bulk Editor > Set customer group for all users.

It seems the issue is coming from the Child theme, as I see it's working when activating the regular Flatsome theme.
So I think there is some custom code, or some overriding template that makes it only show a few specific items. I see there are other items as well that show in 'Flatsome' but do not show in 'Flatsome Child', such as PayPal payments.
Maybe you would know more about the custom code there,
