There are some plugins that can require digital signatures for customers in order to buy something in WooCommerce, like:
- https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-digital-signature/
- https://avada.io/woocommerce/docs/best-digital-signature-plugins.html
But I don't know if any of them is integrated with WCFM in a way that both vendors and customers can sign.
