This ticket was submitted in the 'B2BKing Pre-Sales' category, but I'm guessing your question is actually about our MarketKing plugin, right? ( https://1.envato.market/MXvNgY ).
Each vendor will be able to upload files: these can be any types of files, including music and videos.
There's no specific feature in our plugin that allows previews of digital items, but I'd suggest you check to see if there are any features / plugins for this on the market. Any plugin that allows previews for Woo digital products should also work with MarketKing.
Customers would be able to download files via My Account -> Downloads or My Account -> Orders, and they'd also get an email with the download link.
I am considering moving my marketplace to your solution. I didn't see much information regarding digital products. Here are my questions:
Do you support digital downloads of music and videos?
If you do, do you provide a mechanism for shoppers to play preview music and videos?
When digital downloads are purchased, will the customer be able to access them in some type of digital locker?
Thank you,
Hi Todd,
Thank you for getting in touch,

MarketKing works through integrating with the default WooCommerce digital downloads features. So it's that exact WooCommerce features, it's not our own custom feature. You can read about how it works here: https://woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/ or here https://woocommerce.com/posts/sell-digital-with-woocommerce/
