It should be resolved - I updated the MarketKing Core plugin on your site.
I've noticed some caching issues by the way. The announcement did not show as read until I purged the cache. It would be best that you Exclude the vendor-dashboard from caching.

You're great, thank you. How should I go about keeping the vendor dashboard out of the cache?
I've now set this as follows and it seems to be working in my tests:
