    Hello. After the last update, I cannot use the marketking settings tab. No tabs are clicked. I ask for your support on the subject.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

    This error happens if you updated the MarketKing Core plugin to 1.1.0 but the MarketKing Pro plugin is using an older version. We added a new item to the menu and both plugins needed to be updated.


    To fix this, please update MarketKing Pro to the latest version on CodeCanyon.

    To update to this version manually:

    1. Download the latest MarketKing Pro plugin version from https://codecanyon.net/downlodas

    2. Deactivate and delete the "MarketKing Pro" plugin in your site.

    3. Then upload and activate the downloaded plugin version.


    To update automatically and get automatic updates in the WP backend, you can install and connect the Envato Market plugin: https://www.envato.com/market-plugin/

    My previous problem is solved, thank you very much. Now I ran into a different problem. . I opened a trial account and registered as a seller. But the products I upload are not sent for review. Also, the product I uploaded is not visible in the vendor panel. As an example, I am sending the attached video.

    Hi there,

    From what I can see in your video, the product is not getting saved at all - otherwise there would be a 'your product was saved successfully message'.

    I think there is some kind of error occurring when the plugin is trying to save the product.


    I believe it's most likely a plugin conflict of some kind. I'd suggest trying to deactivate all other plugins in the site / switching to the default Storefront theme, to see if that resolves it. If so, it could help us identify what's causing the conflict.


    We can look into this issue directly if you'd like, in order to get this resolved for you. For that, I'd need a backend login to your site or a staging clone site, so I can look into it and run some tests,
