Hi there, Usually, B2C users purchase in units, where as B2B users purchase in cartons/boxes. Please let me know where am I supposed to input carton quantity where units increase in accordance with variable carton quantity of every different product.
For example, our units in a carton are 50 units, if the B2B user increases once it should increase to 100 rather than 51 as the B2B user is dealing in cartons/boxes not in units after logging in.
At first I had selected the ‘Required Multiple (Quantity Step)’ and then selected the product, the rule was set to only be applied to B2B users. The selected quantity is 50. The condition was set to product quantity greater than 100.
Even after multiple attempts I couldn’t find a solution for it. I would request you to please provide a step by step solution for this case. Can we apply this rule on simple and variable products both at once?
is there any option where we could fix a rule and select multiple products under it. They can be either simple or variable.
We can't access that without login credentials. Could you also post a backend login (username + password) so we can check directly and see what the issue is?
I've sent you the login credentials on private. It is a request to please make it a little quick and provide the solution step by step. It will help me a lot.
I did not understand the purpose of the 'Cart Total Quantity > 100' condition. That means that the user can purchase any quantity between 1-100 (so 23, 45, 78 will work for example), but then only 150, 200, 250 etc? Is that the idea?
You can add the condition and configure the rule like this:
This will work on the Cart page, but B2BKing cannot make the script ( + - buttons) dynamically make this transition automatically when reaching the 100 item. The + - button script is not so advanced.
If the user adds to cart for example 122, the plugin will show an error that the product must be purchased in multiples of 50:
I had edit a few simple and variable product on the rule that you had edited and made another one too.The simple products were following the condition properly, where as variable products were only showing minimum quantity while not following the condition. Please resolve this issue.
Does LiteSpeed Cache needs to be enabled or disabled permanently?
Usually companies deal with B2B users in bulk through cartons/boxes that are of fixed unit quantity.
"I had edit a few simple and variable product on the rule that you had edited and made another one too.The simple products were following the condition properly, where as variable products were only showing minimum quantity while not following the condition."
If you select variable products as a whole (the main entire product), then it works differently, because the plugin wants to allow you to mix variations. So if you create the rule for the variable product, the plugin will not force 50, 100, 150, etc. because maybe you want to mix variations (for example 25 Red + 25 Blue = 50 total).
So you must select individual variations (e.g. Product X - Red, Product X - Blue), not the main product (Product X).
After following your provided instructions, the cache was still disabled but still no change took place. I had added a few more rules and added their respective products too but the issue is still unresolved as the rule isn't applying on them. I'd request you to please suggest a permanent solution for this issue as the website is getting delayed from getting publicly published.
Hope you're doing well. The issue isn't resolved yet, I'd request you to please suggest a solution for it or kindly solve it on your own as a lot of work is getting delayed. Waiting for your response. Thank you
Sorry, I did not understand what issue you're referring to,
You mentioned you have a problem with variable products but I did not see that when testing. When I tested with a variation Titan-100gm I can see the rule is being applied in the cart:
Please give me an example of the issue, ideally with screenshots so we can better understand what you're looking at,
If there is an issue related to the cache then how can it be resolved? Other rules such as Minimum Order Rule is working perfectly fine but the Required Multiple Rule isn't working at all. Please provide a permanent solution for this problem.
Thank you so much for your response it's really helpful. The rule is working perfectly fine on the simple products but there's no effect on variable products. How can this issue get solved?
Regarding the variable products issue, after selecting the main product then only one rule is getting applied on all the variations but the sizes are different and there should be a different rule for them. Only selecting a single variation isn't working for the other variable sizes as there's a different rule for every variation as there a different multiple for each size/quantity. Please suggest a solution for it.
Respected Sir, I hope you're doing well. I still haven't received any response from your side and been too long this issue isn't getting completely resolved. Kindly suggest me a solution to this problem as delaying this issue is getting really problematic for me. I hope you'll understand. Thank you.
This was not supported previously but we made an update to the plugin now - I updated it in your site, it can now be a different quantity step for each variation.
Thank you for your response, you've made it really easy. This feature is working perfectly fine in the bulk order form, and on the specific product page but not on the shop page. Kindly fix this issue.
1) "is working in the specific product page but not on the shop page".
I believe this is solved now - I tested on your site and it seems fixed in my tests. Sometimes the quantity added is higher than the minimum - but it should always follow the step correctly.
2)
I found the bulk order feature as a really innovative one. I would request you to add a column of the product rates/prices besides the quantity list.
This would make sense - thank you for the suggestion, we will consider adding something like this in future updates,

I can see the link you posted here for a specific product

Hi there,
Thanks for the login, I checked the configuration now.
1) First of all, I configured the rule like this without the 'Cart Total Quantity' condition:
Then after I clear the LiteSpeed Cache (important), this is working correctly for me when logged in as a B2B Users user:
You can see my video of how this is working: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/10422631?key=a21e6201cd3f9757ff045060f1cfb24f

Thank you for replying.
I had edit a few simple and variable product on the rule that you had edited and made another one too.The simple products were following the condition properly, where as variable products were only showing minimum quantity while not following the condition. Please resolve this issue.

I see you selected individual variations here in the rule: https://be.aliagro.com.pk/wp-admin/post.php?post=9369&action=edit Titan -100gm, Titan-200gm, etc.
This seems to be working correctly for me:
Regarding the cache plugin, I recommend you turn off this setting:
I disabled it now.

Hi there,
The rule there ( https://be.aliagro.com.pk/wp-admin/post.php?post=9369&action=edit ) has the following condition: Cart Total Quantity > 100.
This means the rule ONLY WORKS IF the quantity of products in cart is already higher than 100.
So if the quantity of products in Cart is 50, the rule DOES NOT WORK
If the quantity of products in Cart is 150, the rule WORKS
You can see in this video: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/10517684?key=ff3e1501cb128f6574354d39fc4acbff
When the video starts, we have 0 items in cart, so the rule does not work. I add 100+ items in cart and I reload the page. Now the rule works.
If you want the rule to always apply, you need to delete this condition:

Hi there,
I checked for variable products. I think it is my mistake, I sent you wrong information before.
For this to work in product pages, you must select the Main Product, not individual variations. So in the rule you must select this:
Now I selected it in the rule and I saved the rule:
Now it seems to work for me:
