I tried a few things but I don't seem to be able to replicate this issue locally. I am not sure if the issue has to do with MarketKing or not. I think most likely there is something else in the site that is interfering - some plugin or setting. MarketKing does not handle the thumbnails directly - it only uses WooCommerce functions.
Perhaps do you have any plugin that optimizes image size? like WP Smush or something?

My thumbnail images in the dashboard is showing very low quality, how would I increase the quality?
The 2 from the bottom are new ones, I dont know how, but just came back here to find out they are blurred out

Ah I see,
Let me work it out, I had just installed Cloudflare, and just changed it to QUIC.cloud recently, and going thru the image optimizations
I will check again thoroughly
