    Hi support team,

I am trying to have a product visible to the B2B groups (dealer groups) and hidden to B2C group, but it is not working for me.

All products and categories are visible to B2C and B2B customers, so I created a new category named [hidden1] with no parent category.

When logged in as B2C member, the product is visible on the product catalogue page but not visible when clicked on.

Same result when I disabled a visible category.

     X700 product page:

    https://thinkwarestore.com/product/x700-front-rear-dash-cam-bundle-incl-gps-ca/

    All Dash Cams catalogue page:

    https://thinkwarestore.com/ca/all-dash-cams/

These are the setting options chosen as per these two documents:

    https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/faq-product-visibility-is-not-working-how-to-set-up-product-visibility/

    https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/advanced-visibility-settings-explained/

    description of attached images

    1. All Product Visible – disabled

Enable Hidden has Priority – enabled

    2. All categories visible to all groups

3.Made product available to dealer groups.

    Product belongs to category:

    Canada>Dash Cams<Front + Rear View, LCD Screen

Created new category [ named: hidden1] with no parent category. Hidden1 is not visible on the website. For group visibility, selected the dealer groups that need to see it.

    4. category setting: Hidden1

    Hi there,

You mentioned that when the product is clicked on, it's not visible, but it is visible on the catalogue page. I clicked on the links you posted and I'm seeing the same.

This means that the plugin has a correct record that this product is not supposed to be visible, but for some reason it's not able to set this visibility on the catalog page. That's probably because the catalog page is not 'standard' in some way. For example perhaps you are using a 'Filters' plugin that interferes with how products are selected, or there could be some kind of incompatibility with a theme settings.

    Things to try:

    1) First of all, please try to go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other and enable 'Product Visibility Cache'. This enables the visibility at a deeper level and can often resolve this kind of issue.

    2) I would recommend you try to deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default 'Storefront' theme, to identify where the issue/conflict is coming from. I think it's almost certainly either a plugin or a theme setting.

Let me know if any of that can help,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
