B2BKing Subaccount Question

    Hi,

I currently have B2BKing Pro activated on my website. Subaccounts are enabled. Is it possible to disable a subaccount from creating another subaccount? In other words, I noticed that a subaccount user can create a subaccount. I do not want a subaccount user to be able to create a subaccount.

    Thank you!

    Best,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

Are you seeing that subaccounts are able to create their own subaccounts? (- a 2nd level of subaccounts)

That's not supposed to happen. Are you sure about that? Normally only 1 level of subaccounts is allowed.

If so, we can check the issue directly. For that we'd need a backend login to your site or a staging clone site. If you can also give me an example of a specific user account where you notice that issue, that'd be great.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hi there,

Thanks for the login - I tried accessing the site with the account you shared but this only seems to give me regular customer access.

We would need a login with admin access to the site backend to be able to fix the issue.

I would need to run some tests and look into that user, check the database, etc to see what the issue is.

    Or did I miss anything?

    Thank you for the login,

I think I found the issue, there was some custom code in your functions.php file

This code reorders items to place the Subaccounts item right above Logout.

I modified that code now so that it only applies for main accounts, so subaccounts will no longer see it now,

I tested and it seems to be working for me,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
