When you search for the customer after adding the customer, please search in this box, not in the browser:
If you still cannot find the user, not even in this box, then I think you probably have a caching problem on the site.
I checked locally but I can find users immediately after adding them - so I think most likely you have a caching plugin that is caching the agent dashboard. The solution would be to add an exception and exclude the dashboard from caching.
If you want to share a backend login to your site or a staging clone site, I can also look into the configuration directly and check,
When a new user is added, it does not drop into the system. It shows up after logging out and logging back in. details are in the video.

I think we need to exclude the dashboard in LiteSpeed settings.
I went here and excluded it: https://butikkopca.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-cache#excludes
I believe it's now resolved. I did a quick test and it seems to work for me.
