Really happy with this plugin and much better then other ones... Only one problem we have.. We used before an other b2b plugin so we have some history. So we added the correct b2b users to the correct sales agents. So in the overview (of one of the agents) of My Customers we can se the total spend per user.. But when we look at the dashboard it's empty. €0 balance
The plugin will not change agents' earnings retroactively - this is for safety reasons. For example maybe 1 agent goes on vacation, if you assign their customers to another agent, of course, the first agent should not lose all their money.
So the only way to change things for past orders is manually.
You can change earnings manually for orders as follows:
1) You can make a manual adjustment to balances. To do this, go to SalesKing -> Payouts - > View Payouts for an agent, and scroll down to :
Here you can enter a value with + or -, to increase or decrease the balance. If you want to add $20,000 for example:
and click Save adjustment
2) You can do it manually for each order. Go to the order page and scroll down to Sales Agent Commissions:
Choose the agent, enter the commission value, and click on 'Update order' / 'Save order'.
