2 sales agents sharing the same customers?

    Hi there, my support has expired but I wanted to ask if something was even possible before I renew:

    I have two sales agents who share customers (a husband and wife team). Is it possible to have two sales agents sharing a customer? As I can only allocate one agent per customer. Is there a way around this?

    Hi Lucy,

    There's no way to select multiple specific agents for a customer, but there is a setting that may help:


    In SalesKing -> Settings -> Agent Capabilities, you can enable 'All agents can manage / shop for all customers'.

    With this enabled, all agents will be able to manage and shop for all customers.
