    Hello,
To have prices with VAT in the B2C store and prices without VAT in the B2B store.
Is it really necessary to enter the prices with VAT included?
(I have my store with integration and prices are transferred without VAT).
    Regards

    Hello Rui,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin!

I understand that you want B2B users to see prices without VAT on shop pages, but how about the cart? In the cart, B2B users pay VAT or not?

If B2B users pay VAT in cart, it does not matter how you enter prices, so no problem.

If B2B users do not pay VAT in cart, it is more complicated, but we can discuss possible options. Please let me know.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hello,

Some customers pay VAT in the cart (those from Portugal).
Others do not pay (those outside Portugal).

    Thank you for clarifying,

Since users outside Portugal do not pay tax at all, unfortunately that means a full tax exemption must be set.

There is currently a known bug in WooCommerce that makes tax exemptions not work if prices are entered exclusive of tax. The WooCommerce team are working to solve it: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/33991 - but it might take months until this is resolved.

Until then unfortunately the best solution would be to edit your B2B prices so that they include tax.

I would suggest you consider editing prices in bulk. You can use a CSV file, with the B2BKing exporter or with the WooCommerce exporter: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-bulk-import-export-product-prices/

You could download a CSV file of all all prices, edit them in bulk in Excel , and re-upload them to the site.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
