There is no feature to modify the vendor dashboard through Elementor.
Right now, we do have an Elementor module, but this is only for the vendor's store page, it cannot edit the dashboard.
The dashboard can be edited by modifying the PHP templates used. We can share more info on how that can be achieved if it would help,
