Hello, Ok, I set this tax rule as you suggested, but something is still wrong.
I have my prices set up like this
retail net price is 15.45 euro, retail gross is 19 euro (adding 23% of VAT for B2C clients)
My net price for B2B is 11 euros (no vat tax) and this is what I see when I am logged in as B2B client, but I only see that in my basket. When browsing the store as logged B2B client, I can see some random price like 13.53 euro. What am I missing ?
The problem is that my wholesalers don't pat VAT tax within EU so that can't see price including VAT, so the price has to be 11 with 0 VAT, This seems to be easy, if net price is 11 they get zero tax rate is that possible ?
I set it back to what it was yesterday :) I worked for us ok - retail user saw 19 euros price inc VAT, wholsale user saw 11 euros exc VAT and it was ok :)
Now another question - Can I have 2 B2B groups with different prices? Lets say EU Wholesale will be 11 euros and Polish Wholesale 10 euros?
Hello,
Another issue... Vat exempt doesn't work for B2B users.
I made a dynamic rule with tax-exempt (see screen) for B2B users.
When I log in and try to make a purchase (As a B2B User) I can still see Vat included. Check my screens, please.
Regards
Jan
Hi there,
Thank you for purchasing our plugin,
To set up the tax exemption:
- It would be best to choose 'Tax exemption' under 'Rule type' at the left side of the panel.
- You must select multiple countries there (the countries for which the exemption applies)
If you're not able to get that to work, we can also look into this directly for you if you provide us with a login or staging site login,
Kind regards,
Stefan
Thanks for not letting me wait 72 hours :)

You can also see why bulk order is not letting me order more than 5 items even though I use different stock for B2B and set it to 30

Small update:
I can see correct prices right away in my bulk order form BUT I can only order up to 5 pieces per item here...
I can order more (stock is at 30 + back order) in my basket and the price is ok - this is the only place where everything seems to be ok
Product page - price is wrong, stock is ok

You are right. This is a known WooCommerce bug unfortunately: tax exemptions only work on shop pages if prices are entered inclusive of tax.
The bug is described here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/27012
Some work has been done on it recently and it might be getting solved soon in upcoming Woo versions: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/33991
In the meantime the only solution I'm aware of is to set prices as inclusive of tax in Woo settings:
If you do that, price is then showed correct and consistent:
Here 11 is the price including tax (123% of the price)
Therefore 100% of the price is 1100/123 = 8.94, which gets rounded to 9
Regarding the order form stock issue - I looked into that and I believe I've found the problem.
I made an update to B2BKing on your site which seems to resolve it from what I can see,
Please check and let me know if you still see any issues,
Kind regards,
Stefan

And have a look one of the lures is showing as it should - 11 euro ex VAT when I am logged in as B2B user
I looked more at this and I think I found a workaround. I added a zero tax rule for B2B as well, and changed settings back to prices enter ex. tax.
I set this product to taxable (I believe you changed all to non-taxable):
https://jerkfly.eu/product/jerkfly-15-cm-fire-tiger/
As B2B user I see 11 ex vat:
As B2C user I see 19 + VAT:
Does this seem correct to you?

Yes, you can configure as many groups as you'd like, and you can set a different price for each product for each group.
You would just configure groups in B2BKing -> Groups -> Business Groups.
Let me know if you run into any issues,
