    When B2B customers register on my website, a password will be sent to their email adres. Unfortunately this password doesn't work. Why is this?

    I also want to sent a reset link, but the look and feel of this email is not in home style of the website, how can i change this?

    Hi there,

    This email and this part of the registration process is not handled by B2BKing directly. B2BKing  adds custom fields to the registration, but the registration itself, email, password, the registration emails etc are all default WooCommerce functionality.


    If you would like, it is possible to allow users to directly choose their password at registration, without sending them the password by email - which would also solve issues with wrong passwords. This can be done by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy, and disabling "When creating an account, automatically generate an account password".


    If you wanted to modify the style of WooCommerce emails such as the password reset email or the new registration email, I believe you could use an email designer plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/kadence-woocommerce-email-designer/
