    Hi, I can't set the payment method for B2B in B2BKing > Groups. I check/uncheck the desired options for the specific business group and then click Update to save the settings, but the methods I want to leave out are still available in the front end (cleared the cache too of course). Attached is an example with Amazon Pay, but the same happens with any other method.  Apparently, the same thing happens with the shipping method too... Any thoughts?

    Hi Julian,


    Possible explanations:

    1) Please be aware that for each individual user, there is a user override - if you go to your user profile you can scroll down to Shipping and Payment Methods - it should be set to 'Follow group rules'.

    Perhaps the issue is that you accidentally changed it to Manual setting:

    2) Another suggestion: could there be any other plugin that affects payment / shipping methods in a way that overrides our plugin?

    3) Perhaps you disabled this feature in B2BKing -> Settings -> Other -> Advanced -> Components ?


    Other than that, I'm not sure what it could be, seems highly unusual. I could check the issue directly if you'd like - I would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site, so I can check and run some tests,
