Regarding the issue with Facebook, Facebook will likely get the price of your administrator user. In this case, I suggest you change your admin user account to be a B2C user - After changing your admin user account, it may be necessary to go to those specific products and update them.
So generally it will be the price that your admin user sees.
Kind regards,
Stefan _________
But what do you mean by : " After changing your admin user account, it may be necessary to go to those specific products and update them."
- do you talk about Woo products? - or the FB catalog products?
because i tried to switch m WP admin account to B2C, and sync again, but still the B2B price show up on FB catalog...
maybe I need to disconnect the FB plugin connexion and redo it again... ? Many thanks, Regards
I was referring to the Woo products but I am not sure what exact steps need to be taken unfortunately.
I just think that it is necessary to "sync" the products again. I thought that maybe it can happen automatically if you update the Woo products. Your suggestion to disconnect the FB plugin and re-connect it could also help.
The idea is that the Facebook plugin has no way of getting the B2B prices from the database (the B2B prices are stored in our own custom meta key fields). So what is happening is that the Facebook plugin is simply getting the current price for your administrator user.
I understand you have already changed your admin user to B2C. Now you just need to find a way to force Facebook to 're-sync' those products.
