Please can you tell me how I get the group discount to come off the B2B price band rather than the Regular Price Band.
I currently have the regular price set to RRP incl VAT so my trade customers can see what to charge and the B2B band price is the basic Wholesale EX VAT price and the different groups will get their discount off this ex vat price
I just want to confirm that I tested and I can access the backend, so all is working fine,
I'm not able to look into this further today, but will try to do this tomorrow and I will get back to you here with another message with more information as soon as possible,
Thanks for this but the wholesale price does already exclude VAT so I think what you have done is take VAT off the already excluded price and then the discount as well. So it just needs the discount to come off tyhe wholesale price only please
Did you get my reply? I am checking as we had a downage on our electricity so was not sure if it sent my reply to you?
What I am trying to acheive is for the customer discount for group Bottles or any other group I set up with discount to come off the B2B regular price (Wholesale Price) and not off the retail vat inclusive price. The wholesale price (B2B regular) already is VAT exclusive so I need it to show the regular B2B price with a strikethrough line and display the discounted price Ex Vat (in the case of Bottles Group it would be minus 35%)
In that case, I've now reversed the previous changes I made to the tax configuration.
I think I better understand the issue now. I'd like to clarify the following:
"B2B Users" here is a group like any other group, the same as "Bottles Group" for example. "B2B Users" is NOT some kind of special field where you enter pricing for all B2B users, it's just the name of the group. The "B2B Users" group can be renamed or deleted, like any other group.
Since users in the "Bottles Group" are not in the "B2B Users" group, the 23.33 price you have there has no effect on them.
I now edited the product and set 23.33 as the price for the "Bottles Group".

Hi Richard,
It would help if you could please share a few screenshots of your current settings so I can better understand what the setup looks like:
- Are you using a b2bking discount rule? Could you share a screenshot of that rule configuration?
- A screenshot of your product backend pricing (for any random product) please
I can also check it directly if you'd like to share a backend login to the site or a staging site with us,
Kind regards,
Stefan
I can share the backend if you want.. what email do I use to set you up as admin?
You can use our email at [email protected]
Thank you
Done access given you should have an email
Have you managed to access the backend as admin?
Thank you for the login and details,
I just want to confirm that I tested and I can access the backend, so all is working fine,

I was able to look into this now. I was initially seeing the following display while logged in as a user in the Bottles group.
My understanding of the issue was that you'd like the wholesale price and discount to exclude VAT.
I made some changes to the tax configuration including adding a code snippet here: https://evertons.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=snippets
Now it's showing as follows for the same user in the Bottles Group:
I hope that's correct per your needs, but if not or if you need any other changes, just let me know,
Kind regards,
Stefan

It would be great if you could give us a specific example please.
What should the values be in this case?
Retail RRP: $29.99
Wholesale Price: $X ?
Wholesale Price should be £23.33 as per the B2B regular price

Hi Richard,
Sorry for any delay on this,
In that case, I've now reversed the previous changes I made to the tax configuration.
