I have a subscription with godaddy for woocommerce and i tried to follow the steps to download the zip file for marketking and install it as a plugin, but every time i click install, it just forwards me to an error page called "this website can't be reached". I tried with both google chrome and microsoft edge and i have the same error. My OS is windows 10. I am sending you a snapshot of the plugins installed and error page. I just need help to resolve this error. Please, note that this is brand new website and i have not uploaded any content on it yet.
I am not really sure what is happening there and why you're getting that error - haven't seen this before,
Could you perhaps share a backend login to the site or a staging site with us? I'd like to look into this directly and try to install and get it setup for you,
thank you so much for the prompt reply! I just changed my hosting company and I was able to install the plugin with the Flatsome theme as recommended per documentation. However I am missing the Become a Vendor page, Stores list, Vendor dashboard from MarketKing pretty much anything related to multi vending. Could you help me with this issue ( I tried to create my own vendors page but then i saw it should appear automatically by market king ) also i am sending you a screenshot from my account page?
