offer add to cart not working

    I create B2B offers group for requesting an offer ..Everything works fine and the group user send to admin request quote and the admin send back the offer .
    The offer is ok on user account but on offer page when the user push the "add to cart" button opens the cart but it is empty...
    I read your documentation and on this step the cart fulfilled with the products from offer so the user go on to checkout ..
    Please help me

    Hi there,

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin,


    It seems there is some kind of error with the offer product and it cannot be added to cart for some reason. 


    I would suggest you try the following:

    1) Deactivate the B2BKing Plugins

    2) Go to Products and try to find the product named "Offer". Please make sure this product is PUBLISHED (has the "Publish" status, not draft).

    3) Reactivate the B2BKing plugins.


    Could the above help?


    If not, would you be able to share a backend login to your site, or a staging clone site? We would like to look into the issue directly to troubleshoot and see what the issue is.

    Hi ,
    Did you see any problem and the user can't place offer products to cart ?
    *our shop is online and it is importand

    Thank you for the details,

    Indeed it seems the plugin was not able to create that product. I believe I have resolved the issue now.


    I tested as a customer and I can add offers to cart now. Please check and let me know if you have any further issues,
